However, cactus can easily be grown indoors under grow lights or in a sunny window if there is a risk of temperatures dropping below 30° F. If there is only a risk of freezing temperatures for a few days, most succulents do just fine outside if they are covered by frost cloth or a sheet until temperatures increase (I'm talking to you, Zone 9 friends).
Echinopsis Care: As with all cactus, it is best to follow a "soak and dry" schedule where you water your plants deeply (until water runs out the bottom drain holes), and then allow your soil to dry completely before watering again. Cactus should always be planted in well-draining cactus and succulent soil and in a pot or container that has drain holes.

This balm has been amazing for dry and irritated skin. I started using it on rough patches around my nose and cheeks, and it helped calm everything down quickly. The texture is thick but it absorbs better than I expected. A little goes a long way, so the tube lasts quite a while. I also like that it does not have a strong fragrance that irritates sensitive skin. It works well under makeup and overnight as a treatment. I’m 52 with post-menopausal, mature dry skin, and this is not something I use casually or every day — it’s what I reach for when my skin barrier is compromised and needs real help. When my skin is irritated, over-exfoliated, reacting to actives, or feeling tight and inflamed, I don’t want glow or anti-aging claims. I want calm, protection, and repair. This balm delivers exactly that.
The texture is rich and occlusive, but not greasy or suffocating. It melts into the skin and immediately takes the edge off irritation — that tight, uncomfortable feeling just stops.
